1. How much is the course?

Our London course costs £1495. Manchester costs £790 for one weekend, or £1450 for two weekends.

 

2. When do I get my free book?

The book will be given to you at the course on the first morning.

 

3. Can I provisionally book my place?

Yes, just click on ‘provisional booking' by the course you wish to attend, fill in a few details, and we'll hold your place for you for two weeks. There's nothing to pay until you confirm your place.

 

4. How can I cancel?

If you just have a provisional booking then simply follow the instructions in the email we sent you. To cancel a confirmed booking you'll need to call us on 01565 752000. As long as you let us know within 15 working days of the course we'll give you a full refund or transfer you on to another course.

 

5. What is the dress code for the course?

You should dress as you would for the exam – no trainers and jeans.

 

6. What do I need to bring?

You'll need a stethoscope, patella hammer and ophthalmoscope. We'll give you a pen, paper, pen light, neurotips, alcohol rub and snellen tests.

 

7. How do I get my certificate?

You'll receive your certificate on the last day of the course.

 

8. How do I access the e-Lectures and videos?

They're available through ‘My PasTest'. Log in, and access ‘course add-ons'. You'll need up-to-date versions of flash and java (available through www.java.com and www.flash.com)

 

9. I need a duplicate receipt

Just let us know, and we'll be happy to email or post you a duplicate receipt.

 

10. Is there any pre-course?

No, but we do recommend you watch the examination technique demonstrations online before you attend the course.

 

11. What time does the course start?

The course starts at 8h30 and finishes at 16h30.  On one night during the course there will be an evening lecture lasting until 19h, but this is optional.
