1	Same-day despatch Place your order online before 4pm and your books will be despatched the same working day. All orders with a UK delivery address are sent by DPD Next Working Day Traceable Delivery Service. 95% of all orders arrive next day. We also use DPD for deliveries within Europe and these have a maximum of 4 transit days. For outside Europe our distributor uses DHL International Courier Service and these have a maximum of 6 transit days. All of our despatches are traceable.
2	Not happy with your purchase? If you buy your books directly from PasTest, but aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return them to us in a resaleable condition within 14 days using the FREEPOST label supplied and you’ll receive a no-quibble refund.
3	Get your books first! Order your books before they are published and receive them before they hit the bookshopsAll pre-ordered titles are despatched from our warehouse as soon as stock reaches us, often up to a week before they reach bookshops.
