The following four features will help make your shopping experience even easier.
Home page link: The home page tab is always in the top left of
your screen. You can return to our home page by clicking on this tab.
Navigation bar: Across the top of the screen directly
under the PasTest logo are the names of the "departments" of our online shop.
Clicking on one of these names will take you to a new page that contains all
sections and products included in that area. The menu on the left hand side of
the screen gives you more refined options so you can choose the exam you're
revising for or the stage of your career.
Search box: The search box is always above the navigation bar.
You can search by product or author/lecturer/name, keywords such as the book
title, or the ISBN code.
Your shopping basket: Your basket will appear once you have
added a product to it. The basket sits on the right-hand side of your screen
below the navigation bar. It shows you the title and price of any product(s)
you’ve put into your basket.
Our search engine works by checking your search term against all the product
titles and product codes currently on the website. It then shows products on
the page that may match your query.
You can search for broad terms such as 'books', or be more precise e.g.
'Essential Lists for MRCP'. A generic term such as 'books' may return far too
many results for you to sift through; however, if you put in 'Essential Lists
for MRCP', then you’ll get a much more refined result. You’ll get precise
results by searching for an author or ISBN.
We offer various ways for you to pay for your order: credit/debit cards,
cheque, bank transfer or you may have a PasTest money-off voucher.
Please note we do not accept banker's drafts due to the charges we incur
in processing the payment. You may use a combination of a voucher and
any payment card we accept, to pay for your order.
We accept payment by all major credit/debit cards except internationally-issued debit cards and American Express. PasTest
do not charge a transaction fee for processing credit or debit cards.
When paying by cheque, make your cheque payable to PasTest Limited
and write your name and address on the reverse of the cheque. Please send your
cheque together with the completed

Health Authority Funding
If you wish to book a PasTest course but require your health authority to pay
for it, don't worry we will make it as easy as possible for you.
In just three easy steps you can confirm your place on a PasTest course and we
will take care of the rest:

Register your interest by leaving your details with our dedicated customer

Pass the following details on to your trust - your name, the course
type/dates/location/price. Here you can download a health authority approval form

Ask your health authority to confirm that they are willing to pay for the
course by passing the health authority form above to your study leave funding
department and sending back the completed form to:

As soon as we receive this promise to pay from your health authority we can
confirm your place and send out your booking pack and course information. You
won't need to do anything else.

Online
Once you've found the items you wish to buy and have added them to your basket,
you can begin the checkout process by clicking on the 'checkout' link in your
basket or at the top right of your screen.
You can go straight to checkout to pay for your goods. You will be required to
register with us (please note that this does not include your payment card
details). You’ll be asked to set up a password.
If you have already registered online with www.pastest.co.uk,
simply enter your email address and password when prompted during the checkout
process. At checkout, you can review and amend your order details on the order
summary page.
When you're ready to complete your order, click the ’place order now’ button and
wait for an online receipt, Add 'payment is taken at this point'. You will also be sent a confirmation email shortly
after placing your order.

safe and secure.
We use internet standard encryption technology to protect your personal
information including credit or debit card number, name and address. This
process is known as SSL (secure sockets layer). To check that you are in a
secure area of our site look at the bottom of your browser to see a closed
padlock or an unbroken key. You can tell whether a page is secure as 'https'
will replace the 'http' at the front of the www.pastest.co.uk
in your browser address window.
Privacy
Your privacy is of the highest importance to us, and we promise never to sell
your personal details to any third parties.
When you make a purchase from our website, we collect certain personal
information from you (for example: your name, email address, delivery address,
telephone number, etc). All such information is held on secure servers. Your
credit/debit card details are used only for a single transaction. We do not
store your credit/debit card details. PasTest complies fully with all
applicable data protection and consumer legislation, and will treat all your
personal information as fully confidential (although we reserve the right to
disclose this information in the circumstances set out below).
Our online ordering system uses a 'cookie' to record a unique reference on your
computer so that we can keep track of your order as you use the system. This
cookie, that is saved to your system, is only valid for a single visit and each
new visit will result in a new cookie overwriting any previous cookies that
were generated on previous visits to our site. If your internet browser is set
to reject cookies or if your network firewall won't allow them, unfortunately
you will not be able to use our online store. Please refer to your internet

In order that we can monitor and improve the site we may gather certain

Use of MyPasTest and PasTest Online Subscriptions
Your MyPasTest account, PasTest Online subscription and log in details are personal and non transferable and must be kept confidential and used only by you for the duration of your subscription or registration period. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and/or take further action should we find you in breach of this clause.
My Performance Data
PasTest aims to retain performance data from expired subscriptions for a maximum of 90 days after the subscription has ended. PasTest retains the right to delete data from expired subscriptions as and when necessary, and makes no guarantees about the continued retention of data after a subscription has expired.
Question Browser: Saved Exams
Saved exams are stored for 30 days from the point of creation, after which time the exams, and all related activity (including question review and performance feedback), will be deleted.
Description of Products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description which sets out
additional specific conditions related to that product including, without
limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times,
guarantees, and after-sales service.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and
prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the
relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the
website as up to date as possible, the information including product
descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always
reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot
confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted, in accordance with
our order acceptance policy.

Contract Creation and Electronic Contracting
The technical steps required to create the contract (order acceptance policy)
between you and PasTest Limited are as follows:

notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in
accordance with the instructions in 'change or cancel your order'

All disputes arising from this contract shall be governed by English law and
statutes.
Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are
correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost
of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges as set
out in the delivery section of this website. payment can be made by any of the
methods specified in the payment section of this website and payment will be
debited and cleared from your account as set out in the payment section of this
Website.
You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation
by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not,
for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or
non-delivery.
Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time
and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse
to process a transaction for any reason, or refuse service to anyone at any
time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by
reason of: our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that
Product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the
website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any
transaction after processing has begun.
By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit
information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about
you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your

Orders for books to a UK address received before 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are despatched on the same day (overseas orders must be placed by 2pm for same day despatch). Orders received after 4pm are despatched on the next working day, subject to credit card processing.
We deliver via a distributor to UK addresses using DPD Express Parcel Delivery Service. 95% of all UK orders should arrive on the next working day.
We also use DPD for deliveries within Europe with a maximum transit time of 4 working days.
For outside Europe our distributor uses DHL International Courier Service and these packages have a maximum transit time of 6 working days.
All of our despatches are traceable.
For orders that include pre-order items, the available items will be delivered
as normal and pre-order items will be delivered as soon as they become
available. You will not incur extra delivery charges for pre-order items.

When you add products to your shopping basket, the appropriate charge will be
added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before
submitting your order. If you add additional items, please double check the
charge by clicking “re-calculate”. If you have any questions or concerns about
delivery and availability then please don't hesitate to

Order Change or Cancellation
If you have not received your confirmation of despatch email notifying you that
your order has been processed and despatched then you may cancel your order by
emailing us at cancellations@pastest.co.uk
(please include your order reference number and full details of your order) or
contact us on +44 (0)1565 752000 (please have your order reference number and
delivery details to hand). Please note that you cannot cancel your order once
it has been despatched. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been
despatched you will need to return the item(s) to us for a refund in accordance
with our Return Policy (see below).
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from PasTest
Limited. We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality products and services.
However if, for any reason you decide not to keep your books, you can return
them to us within 14 days of the delivery provided the books are unused and in
their original condition and accompanied by all original sales documentation.
To return the books please follow the instructions in the delivery
documentation.
We will refund the full purchase price of the product if the book(s) comply with the description in the
paragraph above. Please note that refunds including postage will only be given
if the return is a result of our error (i.e. wrong, faulty or damaged product)
but not when a product is simply unwanted. If we find that the product has not
been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to
refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price
from the refund amount. We do not charge for returns.
If you are returning products paid for on your credit or debit card, any refund
will be made directly to your card account.
MRCP 1 Course

* For all 5 day MRCP, 4 day PACES and 6 day MRCPCH written courses, access to
PasTest Online revision from the time of booking until the date of the next
exam is provided with the course. In the event of a course cancellation or
transfer an additional charge for this provision in line with the costs of an
equivalent online subscription may be made at the discretion of the Commercial
Manager in the event that this product has been used.
Note:

No transfers or cancellations can be made once the course has started

If we cancel the course for any reason, we will offer you the choice of a
transfer to alternative dates and/or location as available or give you a full
refund. We will not cover any travel costs incurred

Whether you choose to transfer or cancel a course or we cancel a course,
PasTest Limited will not be liable for any cost incurred by you in arranging travel
to and from the course or accommodation during the course

Candidates booked on clinical courses who have been given an examination date
that overlaps with the course, will be entitled to a full refund upon providing
adequate proof within a week from the receipt of the notification of the exam
dates

We will only permit you to transfer your course date once per course

In the event of a course transfer, the cancellation policy remains related to
the original course date booked
Provisional bookings are accepted subject to PasTest Limited’s general terms and
conditions and in particular to the following additional terms and conditions:

In the event of all available places on the course becoming booked or
provisionally booked, all provisional candidates will be contacted via the
email address &/or mobile phone number supplied and will be required to
provide payment to retain that booking. Failure to provide payment will result
in the provisional booking being deemed cancelled
-
A provisional booking implies no right to attend the course and will only be
considered confirmed once payment has been received. It remains at all times
your responsibility to contact PasTest Limited and provide such payment
-
For provisional bookings to remain valid they must be confirmed no later than 5
days before the start date of the course. Later confirmation will only be
accepted subject to available space
-
It is your responsibility to check the status of your provisional booking as it
may not be possible to rectify mistakes should the course become fully booked
The information offered by PasTest is obtained by our authors from reliable
sources. However, while every effort has been made to ensure its accuracy, no
responsibility for loss, damage or injury occasioned to any person acting or
refraining from action as a result of information contained herein can be
accepted by the publishers or author.

Any form of aggression towards staff working for PasTest is unacceptable, be it at a course or by telephone. We therefore operate a zero tolerance policy across the organisation as a whole. Violence against staff is a crime and individuals behaving violently or aggressively towards staff may be reported to the police or to the GMC. This zero tolerance policy covers foul and abusive language sent into the organization by email. We will not respond to any such communication, regardless of the underlying content, and the author will be warned that should their behaviour be repeated, we will terminate their subscription, and the user will not be entitled to any form of refund or compensation.

What do I get when I book a course?
You will receive a confirmation letter, receipt, venue details and a list of
accommodation near the venue via email. If the venue is not confirmed when
booking, a map and venue details will be emailed as soon as confirmed.
Pre-course material will be available online following your booking.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes, you will get this via email when you book. Please keep this safe as you
may need it for reimbursement or tax purposes.
Will I receive pre-course material?
All course attendees - apart from the Clinicals and OSCE
candidates receive pre-course material with their initial booking. The
answers will be provided in the course binder which you will receive at
registration on the first day. Pre-course material can be accessed through the
'MyPasTest' area of www.pastest.co.uk
When do I receive my timetable?
The course timetable is available online at the time of booking, In the event
that the course timetable is missing, it will be emailed to you before the
course start date.
