Mr. Michael Murphy BA MB BCh
BAO MA MD MRCP MRCS graduated
form Trinity College Dublin and carried out his basic surgical training at
Manchester Royal Infirmary andHarefield Hospital. He has previously worked as a
Lecturer in the University of Manchester and Clinical Fellow in the UK
Centre for Tissue Engineering. His primary research interests are modulation of
cellular activity through manipulation of growth factor pathways. He was
awarded an MD form the University of Manchester in 2006 and is a member of the
Royal Colleges of Surgeons and Physicians. He is currently completing a
Fellowship in Cardiac Surgery in Massachusetts General Hospital,
Boston USA.
