SpR Management Course

The PasTest SpR Management Course is designed to develop the strategic, operational and team management skills needed to succeed in the interview and to excel as a consultant. The PasTest Management Course for SpRs complies with the mandatory requirements to attend a management course for CCT and all lecturers are consultants or experts in their field of NHS management.

A specialist management course for doctors, surgeons, dentists and nurse consultants, the PasTest SpR course has been designed at Specialist Registrar level to equip delegates with the knowledge and skills to progress to consultant level. Conducted in small groups, our SpR Management Course ensures interaction between participants. Lecturers encourage discussion to improve your understanding and guarantee that you are fully engaged with each topic. The highlight of the SpR Management Course for many is the mock interview sessions held on Friday afternoon, where you are given the chance to put your new-found knowledge on key interview questions to the test. Questioned by a Consultant-led panel you'll be given advice on how to improve your technique and succeed at interview.
