This fantastic iPhone application from PasTest makes revising for medical and surgical exams easy. Fully integrated with your PasTest Online subscription, you’ll be able to revise the full question bank, even when you don’t have a phone signal or data connection. Choose between question browser, mock exams and timed tests for targeted revision when you need it.

The PasTest Online app is free, and includes sample questions so you can test the functionality and get a feel for PasTest Online revision. FAQs

Q. How much does the PasTest iPhone app cost?
A. The iPhone app is free.  If you don't have a PasTest Online subscription already then you'll only be able to access the demo questions.

Q. Where can I download the app?
A. You just need to go to the App Store, either through your iPhone or through iTunes, and search for 'PasTest'.

Q. How do I get started?
A. Once you've downloaded the app, you just need to enter your username and password, and then you'll be able to get started.

Q. How does my iPhone account work with 'My PasTest' and the performance history?
A. When you've finished a set of questions your performance will automatically be sent back to our servers and will update your performance history.

Q. How can I revise without a data connection?
A. Whenever you have a set of questions downloaded you will be able to revise offline. 

Q. Why can't I download more than 60 questions at a time?
A. As most people are using the iPhone app on a 3G connection, and downloading 60 questions can take some time anyway we have limited the number you can store on your phone to 60 questions.  As soon as you've completed those questions you can download more though!

Q. Which subscriptions can be used with the app?
A. With the exception of GPST3, Interview Skills, PacesCases and OsceCases, the iPhone app can now be used to access all PasTest Online subscriptions.

Q. I keep seeing questions I've already seen before...
A. Make sure that you have the filters set so that you don't see questions you've seen before.  You should also check that you always click the 'end session' button when you finish revising - this is the only way the question database can be updated, without clicking this the system doesn't know you've seen those questions.

Q. I've changed my iPhone or iPad and now cannot access my subscription
A. Send an email to enquiries@pastest.co.uk and we will remove the link between your account and your old device.  All you need to do then is remove and reinstall the app, and then log in.
